I just spoke with a mom whose OB advised her to take domperidone for 
her milk supply issue; the OB wrote her a prescription and a 
compounding pharmacy filled it.  The OB told this mom that it is 
available and legal, so I went home and Googled, and came up with a new 
FDA statement on domperidone:

I guess this is great news, but why are they still concerned about 
breastfeeding mothers taking domperidone?  I hope this means it will 
become more widely available.
