Im looking for some info/ experiences on oxytocin nasal spray . Does
anyone think it might be useful for a lady with chronic low milk supply?
We have tried everything- pumping, fenugreek, motillium, lots of skin to
skin , acupuncture, chinese herbs. But this mum has MS and probably
sheehans syndrome , large flaccid breasts with approx 120-150mls yield
per day. We are using an SNS at some feeds but the mum isnt able for any
more than this due to the exhaustion. At present we have donor milk for a
few weeks but this wont continue long term.
Has anyone used it ? I see its not possible to get in the US but is it in
Europe?
Thanks
Nicola
