Again we have to look at this and say: well why then is there no
discussion about
whether the baby will go home in a car seat...because it's a health
and safety issue!
Well so is breastfeeding! If women are given a car seat because they
can't afford one
then maybe we have to provide them with a wet nurse if they don't
"want" to (tongue in cheek
but I hope I'm making my point!)
It really all comes down to the fact that the public, doctors and
scientists don't BELIEVE
breastfeeding makes a difference. If they believed it would be a no
brainer!
