Dr. Leeper,
Have you tried reverse pressure softening? Not just once, but many times a
day, like every 2 hours. The reverse pressure has to be applied for several
minutes at a time and then move the fingers. Also could you try prescribing
a diuretic for the mom, maybe even a one time dose? How about a supplementer
at the breast after RPS for each feeding and see what happens.
