Just saw one mom of a singleton with gastric bypass. She did fine with
milk supply. My sister (an RD) provided dietary counselling for her.
The basic approach was to make every mouthful of food count - very
nutrient dense and high in the fat soluble vitamins, lots of protein.
Perhaps you have a registered dietician or clinical nutritionist in the
area who could work with mom on an eating plan.
If the baby has club foot, it will be casted after birth. Mom will need
help with creative positioning.
