Not my church and it's been around for 2000 years.  Do you have a reference
for that statement from within the churches themselves?  A lot of things
are said by anti-religious people about churches and religion that are not
accurate.  They are repeated until they become an everybody-knows-this-
happened fact and accepted without question.
