I was able to find several nursing shirts that had 2 openings in the 
bottom layer.  In fact, it was rare to find a shirt with just one 
(middle) opening.  They worked just fine for almost any position - 
double clutch/football, double cradle, or a clutch/cradle combo.  Yes, 
it was obvious I was nursing, but nothing showed.  Iit was certainly no 
more obvious that if I covered up with a blanket, a canopy, or a Hooter 
Hider. 

Now that I have two toddlers, we rarely nurse in public anymore since 
they are just too busy doing other things.  On the occasion that we do 
need to NIP, I've not yet encountered an instance where they needed to 
nurse SIMULTANEOUSLY.

For this mom of twins at least, these "special issues" are really 
non-issues.
