Unfortunately, breast ca, whether lumps or inflammatory type, are diagnosed very late in pregnant or nursing moms, because the index of suspicion isn't very high.  They're young and healthy, going through two normal processes (pg and Lact) so it must be something to do with pg or lact :-(
A second opinion or more testing is always better now than later.  Pat in SNJ
