any WIC funding experts out there?
 
   WIC does many good things in our State , but in my opinion is lacking in the sometimes needed professional lactation help (IBCLC help).    It seems to me local hospitals and WIC could work together to make this happen?  anyone out there doing anything like that in your state?  Running a clinic and receiving money from your state WIC program for WIC clients?  email private or on the list.  this might make a good discussion.
