I spent part of the morning today in my director's office at our
hospital, reviewing reasons for immediate termination of an employee.
One of the reasons given was any activity in which an employee interacts
with another healthcare provider or commercial provider for the purpose
of conducting outside business (i.e. conflict of interest).

Would our provision of formula bags by Mead Johnson fall into this
catagory? If so, any tips on how to verbalize this with my director
would be most appreciated. (I've been trying to get rid of these bags
for years - this may be a new stratgey).

Thanks,
Brenda Phipps, BS, IBCLC
