This sounds alot like hindmilk foremilk imbalance. You can find information
about this in the BREASTFEEDING ANSWER BOOK, on LLLI's web page (look for
information for Leaders, then on technical articles, called Finish the First
Breast First), and Dr. Jack Newman's handout pages on
www.breastfeedingonline.com (I think this is right). Dr. Newman's article is
called Colic and the BF Baby or something like that. We have covered the
topic of blood in the stool and foremilk/hindmilk imbalance on previous
