We're trying to do some restructuring of the hospital-based LC program where I work and reaching out via LC-related networks. Was wondering if any working in a USA-based hospital lactation program would be willing to respond to a brief questionnaire looking at, e.g. BF rates for your facility, how services are offered, how the overall maternity department supports BF, etc.
