This is slightly off topic. The June 20, 2005 Forbes Magazine has an 
excellent article on  "Fixing Hospitals" and is about medical errors, 
changing procedures for better patient outcome, improving infection rates, 
etc. The best part for me was where it talked about how one hospital chain 
that "clamped down" on early inductions (before 39 weeks) to lower 
complication rates. Public libraries usually have this magazine.
