Due to intolerances my children drink primarily water (juice is a maybe once
a week treat). They take either fish oil or Cod Liver Oil daily (along w/
nutritional supplements) and eat grass-fed meats. IME non-dairy milks are
primarily sugar and not nutritionally useful. When cooking we use coconut
milk -- this can also make a good ice cream, though I haven't broken out the
ice cream maker myself :).
