Margaret states: (In some previous Lactnet discussion about milk sinuses,
someone proposed an acronym along the lines of "PWYPYFs" for "place where
you put your fingers.")
I somewhat sarcastically came up with that after noting that the videos from
Hartmann which were supposed to be showing the lack of lactiferous sinuses
were nonetheless done with the ultrasound transducers (I think that's the
correct term) were being placed over the same area of the breast where
earlier diagrams where showing the sinuses. So whether there are
identifiable structures or whether the ducts in that region tend to allow
milk to "pool" there, it's still the same area to place fingers when
expressing!
