If you mean Lovenox, that's enoxaparin, an anticoagulant. Hale says it's
Pregnancy Category B and Lactation Category L3. It hasn't been reviewed
by the AAP for breastfeeding compatibility. Here's the manufacturer's

Prometrium is progesterone. Hale doesn't have it rated for pregnancy, but
it's L3 for breastfeeding... and the AAP says it's usually compatible with
