Is mom using anything on her nipples, like lanolin? Baby could be allergic 
to something like that.
Has mom eliminated fragrance etc on her skin?
Here is a far fetched idea: could mom consume the hypoallergenic formula? 
She could probalby not do this for more than a day or so? If it is a food 
allergy this should eliminate it.
