I would like to know if LC's are currently licensed in any state?
I believe Louisiana has legislation on the books that allows LC to use the
RLC credential. The same problems you describe in PA occur in TX. I called
Tricare (the military health insurance) and was told that I had to meet the
licensing requirements for TX to be a provider in their network. There are not
licensing requirements in the state of TX so I can't be a Tricare provider.
Wonderful logic. Sheesh.
Best of luck!!
