My answer is--see if you can indeed fix the palate. I never assune that a high palate is NOT caused by traums from birth. Cesareans often cause extreme trauma to the structure of the cranial bones, possibly influencing positioning of other bnoes. When I have any baby whose structure seems to prohobit successful breastfeeding, my first protocol is to see a craniosacral therapist.
