NYLCA just had Cathy Carothers speak at our annual conference last 
month.  She is an amazing speaker, and we all learned a lot about social 
marketing.  Best start has a whole program worked up for WIC to promote 
breastfeeding.  Perhaps your local lactation consultant association or 
WIC can fund a conference.
