I'm concerned about a product that is shaped like a glue stick. That means,
mother wipes it across the nipple after a feed, repeatedly, throughout the
day and night. Any organism setting up residence on the nipple transfers to
the stick, and re-infects the mother as she uses it over and over again for
relief. I'm careful to explain my concern when I see this product in a
patient's room and it usually goes in the trash.
Someday, I'll call the 800# and tell the company of my concern. Maybe in my
spare time.
