I forgot to mention regarding working under the title if CBC, that my boss 
had me sign a  document that I had one year to get my IBCLC. I really took quite 
a chance because my position had already been filled  after 30 years as a 
nurse & I was worried about what would happen if I failed the exam. But as I 
posted on my previous note was the course was a excellent one as far as a prep 
course. I was uncomfortable when a pt. asked for the LC & I always corrected the 
mom. I never worked under the pretense.
