I'll preface this with a warning that I have not read the full statement,
only what has been cited here on Lactnet.  Apart from the part on alcohol,
the statement should be extremely useful in turning around backwards
practices.  
If all the references for all the statements have been verified, we should
be able to find out what research evidence underlies the statement that
alcohol "concentrates" in breastmilk and that mothers should not breastfeed
for some set amount of time after taking in a single unit of alcohol.
