"good ol' boy legal system"? I do not think labels and sweeping statements
about an entire segment of the population are helpful.
"oh, *those* people, well what do you expect?"
I'm not a native Texan. When I moved here I expected the stereotype, what
I found was some of the most friendly, helpful, accepting, non-judgmental
people I've ever met. Most Texans don't care what you do and won't bother
you as long as you are not stepping on other people's toes.
