I suppose this one is for the listmothers. I know that there does need to be some containment of
those of us who can get a bit carried away at times when we post. Some of us who are way too
busy most of the time often go very long stretches when we skim and delete. Then when we
finally get the lull where we actually can post, it is hard not to want to blurt out everything we've
been thinking about during the busy times. It is sometimes difficult when you get a reject because
you've posted your third message and you know its going to be tough to repost it the next day
because you're back in busy mode. Then the temptation becomes to cram as much info into one
post as possible, which, of course, creates unreadably long postings.
I switched to Cingular because I had carryover minutes. I'm sure it wouldn't work in
practice, but I'm dreaming of a similar system ---- if I didn't post for a while, I could save all my 3
postings/day and then be able to post them in clumps when I had the time.
