Milk banks ship milk over night in coolers. The milk is frozen and
surrounded with crumpled newspaper as an insulator. One does not need
dry ice, especially if the cooler is pretty full of milk. She can
pre-chill the cooler by placing ice into it and closing it up the night
before the trip, that will help too.
