Pat, I think my point is what you just stated. Breastfeeding moms are told
that they need to eat differently than a mother who is not breastfeeding. I
don't agree. I think we should instead tell all mothers it is important to
eat healthy for their own health and not to suggest that if their diet is less
than optimal that it will have a negative effect on their breast milk.
