This is for Pam's inquiry of status of children conceived in less than
conventional means and their ability to receive the status. Having two IVF
granddaughters....when the first was for Baptism....no one asked so like in the
military no one told. We also thanked God for the technology that allowed this
perfect miracle child to be there on that special day. We will repeat the same
for our newest. It seems they only want to know if you are a member of the
parish and godparents are eligible and can you attend the class this was in NY and
same seems to be true in FLA.
I always learned in class (12years of parochial school) that the child was
never held against the sins of the parents (rape, illegimatacy etc.)
