Greetings, I would like to avoid re-inventing the wheel. Does anyone have
insight to questionnaires already available targeted for the postpartum
mother to identify perceived needs and BF support (or lack of)?  I will be
administering this needs assessment among all our agency's BF mother's
(WIC program) during a two month period this summer. Would like assessment
to cover the following areas: emotional needs, family/social support,
hospital support & guidance, physical needs, etc.

Any help will be fantastic, even if you have already conducted an
assessment and have a report summary available, I'd read up on that as
well. Thanks!
