Brenda, you don't mention the gestational age of the babies. I
anticipate they may be significantly early (say 34 weeks?) in which
case her breasts are also 34 weeks developed. And, how much are
the babies eating? It strikes me that her daily yield is not too bad at
just over 2 weeks postpartum under the circumstances.

Without learning the answers to my questions above, I'd tend to hold
off the Reglan (if indeed that's the best choice) for the time being and
continue to bathe the mother with praise and confidence.
