Actually, this section was about one character noting that the lactating
woman had given birth five years earlier and asked "how long can a woman
keep producing milk after she gives birth?" The other character then said
she had a university professor whose six-year-old son who was nursing - I
think she said something about "he would come in for lunch." I immediately
thought "someone who worked on this script must know Kathy Dettwyler!" The
first character (a woman) then said something I didn't catch about "a
two-legged buffet" and shook her head as though she was not impressed.
So it did get across some good points but in a weird fetish context.
