Diabetes is too complicated. It would be very difficult to "prove" in
court that the diabetes was caused by formula. It comes up later in
childhood and there are too many other factors that play a role. It
will be hard enough to demonstrate that the powdered formula caused the
brain damage as opposed to the prematurity itself or some other factor.
