Dear Allyson,

I understand what you mean about the possible danger here,..but I think it
may still be necessary. But to clarify, are we talking about how to
correctly bottlefeed in general? Or ABM? If "B", then I agree it's
dangerous to include as it could be seen as promoting ABM. If it's for
both, it could be seen as necessary at least for the working Moms who will
need to return to work after 6 weeks, and will need to instruct care
providers in how to best bottlefeed EBM to baby. There are some nipples
that are preferable, ways to hold baby (vs, ugh, propping bottle)etc. There
are so many things people do wrong bottlefeeding anything, so this info
would still be good to emphasize. If you volunteer to write it, can ensure
it has the right focus. If it has to (for political reasons)be included, I
would assume instructions/procedures for bottlefeeding non-EBM may need to
be more complex, as it is more prone to contamination, spoilage, etc.
