The graphs I have that show very stable heart and breathing during KCare were part of some handouts that Gene Cranston Anderson made available at the 1991 ILCA conference. They're pretty rough - the captions were written on a typewriter, with some handwritten words as well - doesn't look as if they were published in a book. Susan Ludington-Hoe's name is on the bottom of the page as well as Gene's, but there's no particular publication listed. Gene or Susan may well have even better graphs by now...
