Certainly the supplement to begin with is Omega 3, either a high quality
fish oil or flax oil. THe fish oil that I recommend is Spectrum Norwegian
Fish oil gel caps. Mother takes 2-3 a day. Same with flax oil gel caps.
These supplements will not interfere with her gall bladder challenges.
One gets to be the Zoo LC by having worked with the zoo keeper 6 years ago
with her breastfeeding problems. She remembered.
I will write more later today.
