This was my daughters experience..... suspected baby's bloody stools
might be dairy related, mom eliminated dairy and things got a bit better
but still had blood and mucousy stools and was a very uncomfortable
baby. All tests and stool samples were otherwise normal. Doctor
insisted on Nutramigen, she changed doctors. Finallly got to a
pediatric gastroenterologist. Because bovine milk and bovine meat could
be a related protein, he suggested that my daughter eliminate beef
also..........baby very quickly got better behaviour wise, and slowly
the stools got normal again.
