    I understand your point, but unfortunately there are women who have 
attempted to avoid breastfeeding since the dawn of time.  I suppose if formula is 
taken off the market, there will still be people out there deciding to do 
regular cow's milk and we know that this is completely insufficient.  Still, I 
would like to see stricter control of formula's  availability.

Subject: Celebrex risk vs formula risks

Celbrex is likely being taken off the market due to 2.5 times the risk of
heart attack -- as was Vioxx. Formula feeding in U.S. is shown to lead to
between double and triple SIDS, but is it taken off the market? 3.5 to 4
times the pneumonia, but that's no concern either. Greater heart disease
risks too, but the risk seems to be a much lesser difference although it
has not been quantified. Celebrex is at least only given by prescription
and for medical "necessity."
