Hi Shannon
I'd suggest trying the excellent website of the BFNI (Breastfeeding Network of India), which is in English.  A web search should find it easily.  It's a while since I've looked at it, but from memory, there are some contact details or other resources. Try, also, LLLI's website and look for any contacts in India.
India has some breastfeeding-friendly legislation in place, largely due to the efforts of the doctors active in BFNI.
