often wonder why LLLI has not arranged for a special tag/plate with a LLLI  
logo, .....it may have to be arranged by state, I think Virginia requires over  
300 people to commit to a special plate before they will make it. Would also 
be  nice to have an ILCA plate, with a drawing of a BF mom and baby on it.
