Determining one's "lactation hours" when not working exclusively as an LC
can be a challenge. Here is the method I used for what it's worth.
For 10 working days, I made note of what portion of my day was spent in
educating/helping breastfeeding moms. I did not count any days that seemed
to be extremely under or over my typical ones in terms of time spent on
breastfeeding. I then used the ratio and applied it to my total worked
hours to obtain the Lactation hours. It worked well for me.
