"Where is that Ad Council when you want them???? Who do I write to to
suggest that we are the next state that needs to see these???"
It's not a question of writing; the only thing that will help is to walk
into your local TV and radio stations and talk them into it. Otherwise, the
ads won't show in your area.
It's up to us--all the stations have already received the ads, but since
there's no law stating they have to use them, and since many stations are
owned by large corporations (even as big as formula companies...), the only
way to move these ads off the shelf and onto the airwaves is to convince
your local stations that local people want to see them.
All the stations in your area have had the ads for some time now. If you
haven't seen or heard them yet, ask the station managers why not.
