I quit one pedi just because I was sick of the free formula
samples everywhere I looked
I left one pediatrician for another recently because of logistics (my new
one started a practice 3 miles from our home vs our former one was 70 miles
away). When I mailed our former physician's practice a letter explaining
why we were leaving (and requesting they forward my children's records to
our new Dr) I told them I was happy with the service we received from them
but that I noticed all the formula advertising going on in the office and
that I felt it reflects poorly on physicians who promote a product that
carry risks to their patient's health.
