All I can say vis a vis this case is that the owner is claiming right
to refuse service.  He said so on the news clip and in the newspaper
article I read.

And while they may not "legally" be allowed to refuse service, they can
come up with another reason certainly, as I have seen here in Utah too
many times to count in the last few months, to refuse service to
someone "undesirable."  I would think someone (ie, the mother) would
have to press charges in order to have it enforced one way or the other.

They had a nurse-in, from what I understand, and were ALL refused
service.

Very bizarre.
