 artificial feeding.  Any other mix will give debatable results that can be
 too easily twisted to mean whatever the person citing them wants them to
 mean."

I agree with this, but think that the mixed feeds group needs to be included. We have always assumed some breastfeeding is better than none and I am sure it is. But, we have spent little time looking into how much more comrpomised infants are by having AIM included at all.
