Hi, Denny: I have an excellent thouhgt-provoking article from Pediatrics
Basics, a free for the asking magazine put out quarterly by Gerber that
discusses the very question you bring up. We've all said that rapid growth
is good, but is it really? Another article in the same issue talks about
what pregnant women "feed" their babies really matters. Anyway, the issue
is Number 104 1 Fall 2003. You can probably reach them at 1-800-595-0324
or [log in to unmask] or at www.gerber.com.
