So Jan notes that one should find out who is in bed with whom.  And
Valerie says to ask if they will offer written affirmation that the
donated milk will only be used to feed humans and for no other purpose.
  Would it need to be notarized?

So human milk banking needs some kind of watch dog association?
Perhaps Valerie could head it?  I'm really not teasing.

I will put something together and call the milk banks in the US and
Canada.

I will let you know what I find out.
