The information that I got from the Denver Milk Bank when my baby "came
on service" said that if they have a surplus, they can serve babies who
are adopted or even with a family "preference for human milk."
Perhaps this would be a good PR effort on their part? I'm not sure if
they have the person-power to arrange something like this, even if they
have the milk available.
