The Fact Sheet I posted earlier was from the World Organization - I wouldn't
neccessarily say that they have policies that support leaders to breastfeed.
But I think this Fact Sheet could be used by someone to point out the
incongruity of not being allowed to breastfeed at a meetings or during
training sessions.
This Fact Sheet was pointed out in response to a mom on mothering.com who is
being refused to attend leader training, unless she agrees to not breastfeed
in front of the Girl Scouts. The link to this discussion is here:

This mom is in Rochester, New Hampshire. It seems that it is local people
that are opposed.
