Just a couple of corrections, Marsha. Cereal (and juice) is given in the
checks that would be "cashed" when the infant is 5 months old. 100%
fruit juice, although I agree has no nutritional value for the most part
IS a source of Vit C, necessary for the body to use the iron (found in
cereal and breastmilk or formula). The juice in the package has recently
been lessened by one can per month in response to childhood obesity
issues (and the rising cost of milk ;-) )
