If I recall correctly, this topic was discussed a few months ago with
regard to the gut flora of breastfed babies.

NEW YORK (Reuters Health) Oct 22 - In infants with a family history of
allergy, cesarean delivery appears to increase the risk of food allergy and
diarrhea, according to a report in the November issue of the Archives of
Disease in Childhood.
